Operational materials, which includes but is not limited to, Google forms or other documents, transition materials, non-Vanderbilt email accounts, websites, social media sites, graphic designs, or similar which a member of an organization created on behalf of the organization in the normal performance of their duties as a member are the property of the organization, not that of the individual. All passwords, shared drives, electronic copies and similar means to access operational materials must be provided to the leadership of the organization upon transition or graduation, whichever is earlier.
